Vanity & the Regalia
Crystaria has no gear-on-avatar, so the way you show off is your name and your combat sprite. Everything on this page is purely cosmetic — none of it grants a single point of any stat — and all of it is sold at the Curio of Vanities, a merchant placed somewhere out in the world.
Nameplate Flair
A badge beside your name in chat, the online list and on your profile. One active at a time, swapped freely from the ✶ Flair option in your inventory.
The founding six run from Veteran (500,000g, Lv 50) up to Crystaria (5,000,000g, Lv 150). Four prestige flairs sit far above them for those with fortunes to spend: Gilded (50m), Stormcrown (180m), Voidmarked (450m) and Sovereign (1.2 billion).
Some flair cannot be bought at any price — Ambassador and Worldbringer come from recruiting friends, and Founder of the First Age belongs to accounts that played before the Great Reset. It will never be offered again.
Skins & Auras
Skins recolour your class sprite in combat; auras set a glow behind it. One of each may be active at once, so a skin and an aura can be worn together.
The starting palette — Frostbound, Molten, Verdant, Shadowclad, Spectral, Gilded, Crimson, Tidal — costs 300,000–600,000g, with the Ember, Void and Radiant auras at 500,000–650,000g. Two are earned rather than bought: Prismatic at 600 achievement points and the Champion's Aura at 250.
The Regalia
Past roughly level 3,000 there was nothing left in Crystaria that gold could buy. The Regalia is the answer — deliberately extravagant, purely cosmetic, and gated by level so it reads as a destination rather than a trap for someone who cannot yet wear it.
| Piece | Kind | Cost | Requires |
|---|---|---|---|
| Obsidian Regalia | Skin | 75,000,000 | Lv 1,000 |
| Aurum Regalia | Skin | 250,000,000 | Lv 2,500 |
| Voidwrought | Skin | 600,000,000 | Lv 5,000 |
| Astral Regalia | Skin | 1,500,000,000 | Lv 9,000 |
| Sovereign's Corona | Aura | 400,000,000 | Lv 2,500 |
| Eclipse Halo | Aura | 900,000,000 | Lv 6,000 |
| Firstlight | Aura | 2,000,000,000 | Lv 10,000 |
Bought Titles
Every other title in Crystaria is earned — from achievements, class quests, the Bestiary, the Colosseum. These four are not, and they are named so that nobody could ever mistake one for an accomplishment:
| Title | Cost | Requires |
|---|---|---|
| of Considerable Means | 120,000,000 | Lv 1,000 |
| the Gilded | 350,000,000 | Lv 2,500 |
| Coinlord | 800,000,000 | Lv 5,000 |
| Who Bought the Sky | 2,500,000,000 | Lv 10,000 |
A bought title joins your earned ones in the usual picker at Character → Titles, and is worn the same way. Clearing out the entire Regalia — every skin, aura, flair and title — costs a little over eleven billion gold.
See Gold & the Economy for where that kind of money comes from.
