Skyholds
Skyholds are guild-owned floating islands — real tiles on the sky map, raised out of the void by a guild wealthy enough to claim the high air. Found and manage yours under Social → Skyhold.
Founding
Only the Guild Master may found a Skyhold, and only for a guild whose Guild Hall is Tier 1 or higher. The cost: 500,000,000 gold, 500 Cloud Silk and 250 Aether Crystal (see the Sky for gathering). The island rises onto the Guild Shelf — the open band of sky beneath Skymoor — as a gold tile every player can see, and the founding is announced across the realm.
Getting there
Members can Skyfare home from any Sky Anchor — look for the highlighted "Your Skyhold" mooring. Non-members who reach the island find its wards sealed against them.
The six buildings
Each building has three tiers, paid in gold plus sky materials by the Master or a Lieutenant:
- 🔥 Beacon Spire — while lit, the whole guild earns +3/5/8% EXP and gold. The Beacon burns fuel: any member may stoke it (5× Cloud Silk = +6 hours, up to a week banked). A dark Beacon pays nothing.
- 🌿 Aether Garden — every member may harvest once per day on the island: 3/6/9 units of a sky material that rotates daily.
- ⚒ Sky Forge — crafting sessions started on your island get a lower High-Quality threshold (−5/8/12).
- 🦅 The Roost — Tier 1: Aether resets on arrival and Skyfare home is free. Tier 2: all Skyfare tolls halved for members. Tier 3: all Skyfare free.
- ⚑ Banner Hall — the guild's colours flown on map and tile; at Tier 3 the hall houses +1 guild Relic slot.
- 🔭 Watchpost — an intel dashboard: live rare spawns, then World Boss status, then the Blight Tide reading and the Labyrinth's deepest delvers.
