Attunements

Attunements are how your character spends its level-up points. You earn 1 point per level, and you pour them into eight percentage channels — six stats plus two Critical Hit channels. Open it from Character → Attunements.

How it works

Six channels raise a stat — Strength, Accuracy, Dexterity, Defence, Intelligence, Spirit — and two sharpen your criticals: Critical Hit Chance and Critical Hit Damage. Spend points with the + / +10 / Fill buttons on each bar:

  • Every channel reaches its cap at 800 points — that shared distance is the dial, so only the ceilings differ:
  •   • Stats: up to +40% (+0.05% per point).
  •   • Critical Hit Chance: up to +30% (+0.0375% per point).
  •   • Critical Hit Damage: up to +25% (+0.03125% per point).
  • Stat channels are a percentage of your level-scaled stat, so they are worth the same share of your power at level 20 or level 2,000 — they never fade. The Critical Hit channels stack on top of the crit bonuses from your weapon and class traits.
  • Re-allocate freely and instantly — pull points back out any time with the − buttons, or hit Reset all to reclaim the whole pool.

Your pool never stretches to cap everything, so your build is which channels you prioritise — cap what matters most, then spill into the next.

Crossroads

Your class trait forks at certain levels (35, 75, 115, 155, 195, then every 50 from 250 up to 1,000). At each Crossroads you pick one of two paths, shown side by side (A and B), each with its own effect. The first pick is free; you can Reset Crossroads at any time to re-choose them all. Crossroads live on the same Attunements page, below the stat channels.

What Attunements do NOT change

Your base stats — the growth you get from your race and class every level — rise automatically and are never touched by Attunements. Attunements are a bonus on top of that base, stacking with your class Traits and Essences.

A note on the old Crystal Gates

Attunements replaced the Crystal Gates mesh. If you had spent points in the old Gate, they were all refunded into your pool during the change — open Attunements and re-spend them however you like. Your Crossroads path choices were kept.

The Ascendant Board

Once you have capped all eight base channels (6,400 points, reached around level 6,400), the Ascendant Board unlocks below them — the endgame home for surplus points. Instead of channels, it is nine powerful nodes bought in big chunks, each raising a combat or utility knob past what the base channels reach. Free, instant respec, exactly like the channels.

  • Apex Precision — +2% Critical Hit Chance per rank (max +10%).
  • Apex Ferocity — +5% Critical Hit Damage per rank (max +25%).
  • Sanguine Ascendance — +2% Lifesteal per rank (max +10%): heal a share of the damage you deal.
  • Aether Overflow — −4% MP cost per rank (max −20%).
  • Warblade Mastery — +4% Weapon Arte damage per rank (max +20%).
  • Ghoststep — +2% Dodge per rank (max +10%).
  • Temporal Flux — −3% ability cooldowns per rank (max −15%).
  • Fortune's Ascendance — +10% Gold find & Drop rate per rank (max +50%).
  • Scholar's Ascendance — +12% EXP gain per rank (max +60%).

Maxing the entire board costs 9,250 points — far more than any single character will ever hold, so which nodes you raise is a real build choice. Nodes draw from the same point pool as the channels and are, like everything on this page, tracked per class.
