The Ashfall Caldera (Level 970–1,150) is a volcanic badland scarred by an ancient eruption. It sits between the Echo Wastes and the Blighted Expanse on the frontier's level curve.

Enemies

Eight enemy types inhabit the Caldera: Cinder Sprite, Ash Revenant, Magma Fiend, Caldera Worm, Ember Drake, Volcanic Golem, Cinder Phoenix, and Pyroclast.

Gathering: Volcanic Cinder

The gather line runs Volcanic Rock → Cinder Ore → Volcanic Cinder → Magma Crystal → Primordial Ember. Volcanic Cinder is the key material for Weapon Catalysts (Runecrafting) and feeds the Tier 5 Alchemy strength potion.

Dungeon: Caldera Ascent

Level 950–1,100, keyed by an Ignition Crystal. Final boss drops the Ashforged Blade (Sword) or, on the rare variant, the Cinderbrand Greataxe.
