We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or reclaim any account at our discretion, including accounts with usernames that violate our Game Rules.

You agree to use Crystaria Online only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Game Rules. You agree not to:

• Use any automated software, bots, scripts, or macros to interact with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct toward other users.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose, including real-money trading of in-game items or accounts.
• Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics for personal advantage without reporting them.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

All content within Crystaria Online — including but not limited to artwork, game design, world names, lore, systems, code, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of the operators of Crystaria Online and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use any game content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily submit to us regarding the Service may be used by us freely, without obligation or compensation to you.

All virtual items, characters, gold, and other in-game content are part of the Service and remain our property at all times. You do not own any in-game items or currency; you are granted a limited licence to use them within the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust the value of any virtual item or in-game feature at any time, without compensation or liability to you.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.
• Requests from law enforcement or other government authorities.
• Extended periods of account inactivity.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Service immediately ceases. We have no obligation to retain or return any in-game content associated with a terminated account.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Loss of in-game items, progress, or data resulting from server downtime, technical failures, or account termination.
• Actions taken by other users of the Service.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crystaria Online and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
