• 1.1 Each player may maintain one account only. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages, bypass punishments, or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• 1.2 Account sharing is not permitted. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. Do not give your login credentials to anyone else.
• 1.3 Usernames must not impersonate staff members, other players, real people, or contain offensive, obscene, or misleading content.
• 1.4 You must be at least 13 years of age to register and play Crystaria Online.

• 2.1 The use of any third-party software, scripts, bots, macros, or automation tools to gain an advantage in the game is strictly forbidden.
• 2.2 Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain is prohibited. If you discover an exploit, report it to the staff immediately.
• 2.3 Attempting to hack, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the game server, database, or any game files is a serious violation and may result in a permanent ban and legal action.
• 2.4 Any form of real-money trading (RMT) — selling in-game items, gold, accounts, or services for real currency outside of official channels — is prohibited.
• 2.5 Win-trading, intentionally losing PvP encounters to benefit another player, or colluding with enemies to farm rewards is not allowed.

• 3.1 Treat all players with respect. Harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, or targeted abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
• 3.2 Spam, flooding, or repeated unsolicited messages in any chat channel is prohibited.
• 3.3 Do not share personal information (phone numbers, real addresses, passwords) — yours or anyone else's — in chat.
• 3.4 Advertising other games, websites, or services in global chat is not permitted.
• 3.5 Impersonating a game moderator or staff member in chat is a serious offence.
• 3.6 Discussion of illegal activities or content is prohibited in all chat channels.
• 3.7 Public chat must be conducted in English so that all players and moderators can understand and moderate conversations. You are welcome to use other languages in private messages, guild, and party chat.

• 4.1 PvP is an intentional feature of Crystaria Online. Engaging in PvP combat against other players in designated PvP zones is permitted.
• 4.2 Deliberately and repeatedly targeting a single player to prevent them from playing (griefing) is not allowed.
• 4.3 Using a second account or a friend's account as a target dummy for PvP Valor or kill farming is prohibited.
• 4.4 Teaming up with alternate accounts to gain an unfair PvP advantage falls under multi-accounting rules (see Rule 1.1).

• 5.1 All in-game trades are final. Staff will not reverse trades that were agreed upon by both parties.
• 5.2 Scamming, deceiving, or defrauding other players in trades is prohibited and will be treated as an offence.
• 5.3 Deliberately listing items on the Auction House at false or misleading prices to deceive other players is not permitted.

• 6.1 Guild leaders are responsible for the conduct of their members within guild-organised activities.
• 6.2 Guild names and tags must comply with the same naming standards as player usernames (Rule 1.3).
• 6.3 Abusing guild bank access or guild permissions to steal resources from fellow members is prohibited.

• 7.1 Follow the instructions of Crystaria Online staff and moderators. Arguing with or ignoring moderation actions in public chat is not permitted.
• 7.2 If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, contact the administration team privately and calmly. Appeals will be reviewed.
• 7.3 Staff will never ask for your password. If someone claims to be staff and requests your credentials, report it immediately.

Penalties are applied at staff discretion based on severity, intent, and history of violations.

• 9.1 If you witness a player breaking these rules, use the in-game contact system or email admin@crystaria-online.com with as much detail as possible (player name, time, description of the incident).
• 9.2 False or malicious reports submitted to harass other players are themselves a violation of these rules.
