New Tuning Fix
A fast pass over the things that mattered most after Paths of Power: the realm now runs smooth under load, the World Bosses bite, loot stops crying wolf, and mobile adventurers can finally unleash their Artes. Plus a treat — fully rebindable keys.
Performance
The Realm Runs Smooth Again Fix

The lag that built up as more of you came online has been traced to its root and fixed. Each of your actions briefly held an exclusive lock, so moving quickly made every step — and the live chat — queue up behind the last one, stacking into multi-second freezes. Now your moves release that lock the instant their work is done, and the background work that used to ride along with every step (spawn checks, schema checks, world-boss timers) has been moved off the critical path and shared realm-wide instead of repeating for every player.

  • Movement and chat no longer block each other — the multi-second stalls while walking are gone.
  • The chat feed stopped piling up on itself — it now waits for one update to finish before asking for the next, instead of flooding the server when it was slow.
  • Held movement keys are throttled so they walk smoothly instead of hammering the server dozens of times a second.
11,000 Ghosts Swept from the World Fix

Wandering enemies were only ever cleared when a player walked back onto their exact tile, so abandoned spawns had quietly piled up to over eleven thousand across the map. They're gone, and a steady sweep now retires any wilderness foe left untouched for a couple of hours — a fresh one simply appears the next time someone passes through.

Combat
World Bosses Learned to Hit Tuning

The realm's roaming titans were swinging wide and dealing chip damage — a level-1,500 horror that tickled. Their accuracy and strength have been re-scaled to the real power curve, their blows now mitigate armour far less, and a flat level-pressure component means even frontier defences feel them. A World Boss is once again a bring-friends event, not a piñata. Their hit chance also floors at 35%, so they no longer whiff a dozen swings in a row against nimble heroes.

Mobile: Artes & Abilities Fire Again Fix

On phones, the ⚡ Artes and ✦ Ability menus opened off the bottom of the screen where they couldn't be reached — so tapping them seemed to do nothing. The menu now opens wherever there's room (flipping above the button when needed), stays fully on-screen, and scrolls if it's long. Each entry is also a proper finger-sized target now.

Cleansing Corruption Shows Its Work Fix

Sister Embrael's purification in Infernal Town was cleansing your corruption — but the corruption bar in your stat panel kept showing the old value until your next page load, making it look like the gold did nothing. The bar now drops the moment you're cleansed. (Reminder: the Cleansing Tonic clears combat afflictions; corruption is cleansed by Sister Embrael or by spending time in the overworld.)

Loot
No More "Invalid Loot" Fix

When two adventurers had un-taken drops at the same moment, one could tap Take on their own loot and be told it was “Invalid loot” — the game was matching drops by their slot number alone, which every player shares. Loot is now matched to its rightful owner, so your drops are always yours. (This started showing up precisely because the realm now runs smoothly enough for several of you to be fighting at once — a good problem to have.)

New — Custom Keybinds
Bind Your Own Keys New

Open Game ▾ → Keybinds for a full key editor. Click a direction or action, press the key you want, done — saved on your device. Two sections:

  • Movement — all eight directions on a compass grid (defaults WASD + Q/E/Z/C). The arrow keys always work as a permanent fallback, so you can never lock yourself out.
  • Actions — bind keys for Attack, Cast, Take Loot, and quick-jumps to Bag, Character, Quests and Map. Combat keys only fire when you're actually in a fight, so they stay out of your way the rest of the time.

Defaults: F attack · R cast · G take loot · B bag · V character · T quests · M map. A Reset to defaults button is one tap away.
